Terms of Service

Aurivis AI is an independent AI image generation and editing product for ecommerce visuals, product photos, ads, banners, and creative assets. We may use third-party AI model providers, hosting providers, authentication providers, and payment providers to operate the service.

You are responsible for your account activity. Purchased credits are used for successful image generations or edits according to the pricing shown on our site. Failed generations, provider timeouts, and safety blocks may be rejected without consuming credits.

You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. You may not use Aurivis AI to generate or request NSFW, explicit, sexually suggestive, harmful, illegal, abusive, infringing, deceptive, or non-consensual content. Face-swap, deepfake, and face-manipulation use cases are prohibited.

You confirm that you have the rights needed to upload images and prompts to Aurivis AI. You keep ownership of your own input content, but you grant us permission to process it to provide the service, store results, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.

Payments are processed by Creem as merchant of record where applicable. If a purchase was duplicated, credits were not delivered, or the service failed in a way we can verify, contact support within 7 days and we will review the request.

We aim to keep the service reliable, but AI providers, hosting, payments, and network services can occasionally fail or change. We may update, limit, suspend, or discontinue features when needed for security, compliance, or product quality.
