Acceptable Use Policy

Aurivis AI is built for legitimate ecommerce and creative image production. These rules explain what users may not create, request, upload, or distribute through the service.

• NSFW, pornographic, explicit, nude, fetish, or sexually suggestive content.
• Sexual content involving minors or any content that exploits, harms, or endangers children.
• Non-consensual intimate imagery, face-swap, deepfake, or face-manipulation content.
• Graphic violence, self-harm instructions, terrorism, extremism, or violent threats.
• Harassment, hate, abuse, discrimination, impersonation, scams, or deceptive content.
• Illegal products, regulated goods, weapons, drugs, gambling, financial fraud, or evasion.
• Content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights.

We screen text prompts before image generation. Prompts may be blocked if they violate this policy, are flagged by safety systems, or cannot be reviewed due to a temporary moderation outage.

We may reject prompts, remove content, limit credits, suspend accounts, or report illegal activity when needed to protect users, partners, and the platform.
